We have a FUN & UNIQUE ride we think you'll enjoy. Join us on Saturday, May 10th on our "Pedal to Exhale" ride to Yoga! This will be our 3rd ride to yoga. It will consist of a 12 mile leisure bike ride and a half our "Hatha" style yoga session with our dear friend & certified yoga instructor, Vanessa from Kurma Yoga Miami! The session will consist on stretching & relaxation...perfect for beginners...exactly what we'll need after our ride! Of course, you can choose NOT to do the yoga session & just enjoy the ride!
We'll be meeting at 9:30 am at Margaret Pace Park near the Omni... it's a gorgeous setting right near the Bay. Departing on Ride at 10 am.
Things to consider bringing: A Mat or Towel...Your Bikes and smile! We will be supplying water to ALL riders. We absolutely LOVE this ride/event and we hope you do as well! See you soon!
