Former cycling pro and fitness athlete Personal Trainer Christian Klugman is teaching Beginners and Intermediates the “secrets” of road cycling and training.

“I experienced that most biking groups offer perhaps a nice ride, but they don’t work on the technique and coordination on a bike.” I’ve seen so many people riding the wrong way – starting with the position and ending with the handling. They are unable to figure out how to use their gears, to maneuver in a group and in traffic. “
I’m a former national team member in the discipline sprint (on a track) therefore I’m able to provide you with information in every field including bikers who are pursuing going on the track or who are willing to train on a track.
The group will go around for 1.5 – to 2 hours and apply the new techniques on the perfect new location at the Rose Bowl
The biking group will ride every Saturday at 9.30 a.m. at the Rose Bowl and will ride 1.5-2 hours.
This course is ideal for understanding and applying theoretical “cycling language”. Also perfect for Triathlon enthusiasts.
Helmets are required to ride with our group. We require helmets because they save lives and protect your most precious asset... you.
