We discussed our reflections from the last meetup when Dave Snowden presented the complex domain model. This picture reflects one of the recent blog posts where Dave has turned the model by 45 degrees. This model is useful for change management where we want to increase consensus and coherence at the same time as we move from the complex domain to the complicated domain.

Some of the discussion also surrounded the possibility of using this model in leadership development. It appeared to have particular relevance in understanding and thinking about the issues of power, authority and influence in leadership.
