Unique course of cooking of traditional Czech dishes. Under the guidance of our resident cook Nadia, you will spend Saturday afternoon preparing and, subsequently, enjoying several dishes of traditional Czech and Slovak cuisine.
Learn new dishes or brush up on your skills with items such as "knedliky", dumplings, and apple strudel.
Serious interest only. Number of participants is limited since only limited number of people will be able to work in the kitchen at a time.
Nadia will take care of planning and purchase of all raw materials. You will be working directly with her - all stages of cooking, from cutting the fist onion to presenting the food on plate.

Fee of $25 icludes full adult dish (soup/entree/desser) and is due on the day of the class.

Hustá hovězí gulášová polévka se slaninou, bramborami a kořenovou zeleninou / The thick beef goulash soup with bacon, potatoes and root vegetables
Silná drůbeží polévka s masem a zeleninou (mrkev, celer, petržel, růžičková kapusta, pórek a kedlubna) s celestýnskými nudlemi / Strong chicken soup with meat and vegetables (carrots, celery, parsley, Brussels sprouts, leeks and kohlrabi) with noodles
