BDD Lessons Learned

The client had everything tested, or so they thought. Having all-hands manually checking everything before a release wasn't too bad. Except it took a month and these efforts were guided by a massive Excel spreadsheet. And not to mention issues were turning up late in the cycle and/or in production...

Fast forward 15 months and now they are doing Specification Workshops, writing Gherkin, automating tests with Cucumber and Selenium, and leveraging manual testing more strategically.

Come hear Dave Haeffner talk about how this all played out, what comes next, and what lessons were learned along the way.

Hi Ray, Next time could you please leave a note on the door, if possible? I didn't see this note until now and I did show up (I arrived just shy of 7:00pm) but the door was locked and nobody was working the front desk. Tom

Once inside the building, Hobsons is on the 5th floor (need badge to activate elevators). Upon exiting 5th floor, find the Hobsons reception desk and head to the left.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
