DANCES of UNIVERSAL PEACE - Johnson City, TN

Please be informed that the monthly Johnson City Dances of Peace will NOT meet in June or July, as is our custom. We intend to resume gathering on Sun., August 30th. We'd love to have you join us; the energy increases with the numbers.

Please join us at 108 West 10th Ave., Johnson City, TN on the last Sunday of each month at 7p for an evening of community upliftment--dancing & singing in the round. The [b]Dances of Universal Peace[/b] are joyous, multi-cultural circle dances that rejuvenate the spirit and awaken the heart, danced to live music and the singing of the participants. We will sing and dance together to honor the Earth and all her peoples and spiritual traditions. The group is taught the words, melody, meaning, and the movements of each Dance in a compassionate, comfortable way. This sharing of sound and movement acts as a cosmic glue or lubricant to create, sustain, and heal the community and the individual. Join us for a time of peace, reflection, and joy.

NO previous experience is required; no partner is needed.
