Ken, good grief - we have some folks working on vaccum-forming rigs and will start some sort of class once that gets done. Likewise with carbon fiber molding. The 3d-printing is big at Nova Labs, though - we have a group which meets Monday nights to continue building and tweaking various flavors of printers. We're in the middle of build group #4, in which we source massive quantities of parts and get to folks who want to build their own. See you at the space!
