Introduction
Karl Strauchs of MakerSpace ReverseSpace.com. We have built 3D printer drone frames and are working on the Arduino GPS control of the 3D printed quad copter, but we don't have land for a large fly meeting.
What's your experience working with drones? Beginners are welcome!

What kind of equipment do you own/operate (ArduCopter 3DR Hexacopter, Swinglet, Parot AR, etc...) You don't need to have your own equipment to join the group.

What events would you like to see this group have?
A place outside for members to fly without fear of it flying into roads and cars.

I'm excited that I found this group! Looking forward to meeting everyone and discussing the technology. I work with 3d modeling and animation applications, but I have been very "obsessed" with 3D printing over the past couple months. Looking forward to learning more. Thanks for creating the group! -
I am defiantly trying to stop by this Thursday. I might only have an hour or so but I want to at least see the space and your selection of toys. :-) I tried to join as a member on the website but got a 404 error. Are their any more project nights coming up to work on the space and setting up/building things?

For now I'm starting with a quadcopter kit from 3D-Robotics, but I would like to design my own in the future, once I acquire more confidence in the field
