Abandoned Places for Flight

I was looking for something that might be more of a challenge to shoot or even aerial map once I have the equipment all working. I did a quick search for abandoned sites and found these two in the DC area. They would be perfect locations to practice for future revenue generating business. Looks like one location gave permission for access for other work. Perhaps we could provide them a free aerial survey as a group. Maybe practice urban FPV or search and rescue.

I am not sure about flight restrictions as close to interesting areas, but perhaps others know of similar locations near DC.

Careful shooting at these locations, they're patrolled frequently by police and security. Don't enter abandoned buildings unless you are equipped to deal with things like infestations of rats, broken glass, lead, asbestos, and more.

That said, there's some great places near the Chesapeake, lighthouses and abandoned buildings near bodies of water. Also interesting places near Red Bank.

Do not discount the possibility of Zombies.

I was watching a Netflix shows where these walking dead monsters lie in wait in abandoned properties, only to attack in mass.
