Western Usui Reiki I (first of two days)

Reiki is an excellent way to introduce more calm and relaxation into your life, support good sleep, improve your focus and productivity, restore balance and support personal and spiritual growth.

Western Usui Reiki is the most common form of Reiki practiced in the US. Our Level I class covers the history and practice of Usui Reiki, aspects of energy healing (chakrasauras, etc) and briefly introduces various forms of Reiki - but the focus is on the Usui system. Students will learn the different hand positions, and how to conduct self-healing and healing sessions for others. Basic protocols associated with providing healing  services are also discussed. The class includes several attunements and plenty of hands-on practice and sharing. The class will run for two full days for a total of 16 hours.

At the end of the class, each student will be certified Level I Usui Reiki. Students will have sufficient experience in feeling and working with the energy to conduct healing sessions on themselves and others, and they will have access to additional literature and resources on Reiki. Your teacher will be available to answer questions or provide guidance on a continuing basis.

I am sorry that I can't join you again. However, I just learned that I need to be hosting a Cat in the Hat party at that time.
