POSTPONED till 7/20 20 Feet from Stardom - FREE Outdoor Summer Film Screening

The GatewayDC Summer Film Series will be kicking-off Wednesday June 25, 2014 at the St. Elizabeths Gateway Pavilion (2700 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE). This free 8-week outdoor summer film series will pair an amazing lineup of feature films with fun community programming, live music, food trucks and a vendor marketplace. The first film on Wednesday June 25th at 7pm will be 20 Feet from Stardom. This Oscar award-winning documentary shows the triumphs and heartbreaks of background singers. Before the film (at 7pm) catch live performances by Deborah Bond, Asheru and The Blacksmyths.

Gates open at 7pm and the film will start at sundown. Bring your blanket and come enjoy this free outdoor film at the beautiful new Gateway Pavilion. For more info visit:
