My affinity lays with Dark Chocolate no less than 60%. My favorites tend to be from beans cultivated in Africa or Ecuador; The Caribbean varieties and Central America tend to be too floral. I will eat it as plain crisp bars or in decadent desserts, single source or blends, solid or liquid gold.
Chocolate lover, snob, freak... I know few people that have a passion for chocolate, so it would be great to meet other chocolate lovers to learn and explore with!
