Understand what grassroots program managers are looking for in tools sets that leverage Facebook (and twitter) for advocacy campaigns. How are supporters/opposition id'd and engaged/monitored on facebook?
How do grassroots managers monitor their issues/supporters/opponents on facebook? (twitter also) What tools do they use? What else are they looking for?
Currently Dir. of Sales & Services for Vocus' Government Relations / PAC Management Software. Have worked in eAdvocacy industry since 1996 as a web developer, strategy consultant, product manager, and management of sales and service teams.
