The Poetry of William Butler Yeats

At this meeting we will discuss biographical and background material on Irish poet, William Butler Yeats, to include: the Irish nationalist movements of the late 19th/early 20th Centuries, the Celtic Literary Revival, Yeats' interest in Theosophy and magic, his involvement in the development of a native Irish theater, and other related topics.

In the following weeks we will read and discuss selected poems.  A schedule will be posted later.

I'm so disappointed. My daughter was out with my car and just called that she has a flat tire. No way I'm going to make it this evening.

Usually, not everyone that says they are going to attend, attends. I suggest that you attend anyway.

Gmail now separates out these emails and I don't see them as quickly. If someone backs out, please let me know since I'm interested.
