What's your favorite work and why?

It is a very hard question because I have a lot of works that I feel they are very close to my heart. However, the one that I thank about now as my favorite is The Autumn of the Patriarch, the masterpiece of Gabriel García Márquez because this novel at the first time in history speaks about the dictatorship as an essential part of out psychological system, which is very important to me as a victim of the dictatorship.

My name is Atheer Shawai. I love literature and I want to meet people who like to discuss about poetry and fiction.
