Upcoming January Programs

From: Isaac C.

Hi everyone,

The holidays are upon us and the year is quickly coming to an end.  It has been a very good year for JBoss as our community has quickly grown to one of the largest JBoss User Groups in existence.  It is a testament to the how strong of a Java community that the DC area has.

Next year, there are even bigger things on the horizon and we're going to start 2012 off with a double-header of sorts.

First, on Jan 11, 2012 we will be talking about Monitoring JBoss Application servers and their hosted applications. We will have Ian Springer from Red Hat and the RHQ Project, Alan Santos Product Manager of the JBoss Operations Network, and Steve Sturtevant from OC Systems and RTI Performance.  RSVPs are available here:

Second, on Jan 19, 2012, local Seam & Arquillian superstar Dan Allen will be in town to talk about JBoss AS 7, Seam Forge, and CDI.  This program will be held at Near Infinity as part of the monthly NOVAJUG meetups.  Seats will almost certainly go fast so head on over to here and RSVP:

Looking forward to seeing you all next year,
