Are you working on an innovative government program that you feel deserves recognition? If so, please consider applying for an Excellence.gov Award.
The Excellence.gov Awards were created in 2002 by the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) to acknowledge and recognize government programs that use information technology (IT) to advance the business of government in an effective, efficient and innovative manner. Any government program that is operational and uses IT may submit a nomination.
The program must be financed and managed (or under the direct management control) of a governmental entity (Federal, state, local, or tribal).
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2011 Excellence.gov Awards - and are due December 10, 2010.
