Interesting Reading

I attended a talk last week given by Lee Rainie at the Pew Internet and American Life Project. He talks about the different groups of people, how they view technology and how we can engage them.

His slides are available at: http://www.pewinterne...

The site in general has lots of good information about who is doing what on the internet and what the trends are. If you ever have a chance, Lee Rainie is an exceptional speaker as well.

Finally, one other resource I recommend people to read is a book call Groundswell, by Charlene Li. It gives some great case studies on how social media has been used in the B-to-C world.
