Where would you like your next mountaineering adventure to be? Is it a daydream, or a firming-up plan?

Beyond endurance adventure races. Climbing at Seneca Rocks in November is possible and want to explore New River Gorge area. Any trip out west is only a dream right now at least.

Have you done any skiing in the backcountry -- if so, where?

Very little as I haven't had the proper training (avalanche and otherwise). But I was skiing in Tahoe last February when they had epic pow-pow which made in bounds trails seem like back country as you heard the dynamite blasts.

Have you done any rock/ice climbing? (Not a pre-requisite, but helpful -- and you have to be willing to learn.)

Not certified for lead climbing, multi pitch climbs, but have done top rope climbing, setting own anchors, but no ice climbing to date.

What is your most memorable summit? (Yes, they are all memorable... But we are interested in your mountaineering/technical experience, so let us know about that hard one!)

Numerous in mid atlantic but need to gain more advanced skill set before trying any real mountain summits.

Introduction
