Watching Michael Oliver perform Whitman brings so much of the poetry to life. He drew our attention to what a reader might gloss over. I really enjoyed the movie at the end!

Ethan and I are looking forward to the performance. His sister & brother-in-law may go to another one of Michael's shows later in the month.

    Hi,

Sorry I'm unable to attend this because...

Sunday is the first day of the week-long teen poetry camp (Expressions) I teach annually (8 years now) with 4 other master poets, a visual artist, a meditation instructor and therapist. We do this through M-NCPPC at the Patuxent 4-H Center in Upper Marlboro. This year we will have between 30 and 40 teens, our largest group to date. I invite you and all of my fellow "Poets on Fire", "Writers on The Green Line" and "The DC Poetry Project Inc." family members to please join us as we show support for area teens by spreading the word and joining us Friday, 7/11 at The Bowie Center for Performing Arts
15200 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715

This event takes place at 7 PM and is free and open to all!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
