The freshness of the recipes; the way I feel when I blend fruits and veggies in a blend to create a smoothie that is both delicious and super healthy; finally losing weight that just didn't seem to move any other way; the glow of my skin and hair!
I would like to know more about how to start my own garden (indoors as well as out); how to maintain a raw foods diet on a dime and suggestions regarding nutrition in making sure that we get all that we need in our meals for stamina, healthy bones and strength.
So far, I'm crazy about "King Kale" Salad. I got this recipe from Stephanie Hall. I can eat this salad all day long! LOL. Natalie KW's "Cupcake Heaven" has some really wonderful recipes that I plan to explore real soon.
Have been iincorporating raw food into my diet on a regular basis now. My life has been changed dramatically!
