Heading into my late forties, I am discovering that digestion changes! Things that I used to love to eat now make me feel bad physically. Additionally, you can't really practice Bikram Yoga when you are feeling full and bloated, and this way of eating leaves me feeling light and energized.

I have many and experiment on a regular basis. While I have been brewing Kombucha for about one year and just started juicing, I recently made a raw vegan pizza on juice pulp-pumpkin seed-almond-chia seed crust topped with spinach cashew "ricotta," sunflower/walnut "meat," and tomato sauce. I also recently made raw vegan tacos on corn-flax tortillas with walnut taco "meat," guacamole, and sweet-spicy salsa.
I am a Bikram Yoga enthusiast and foodie who is very interested in organic raw vegan food. I have developed such an interest in it that this fall I am planning on attending Matthew Kenney Academy to get certified as a Raw and Living Food Chef.
