I become very motivated by watching "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead" back in July 2011. I've done a juice fast (loved it) and continue to drink one juice a day every morning. I've honestly not felt better and am glad I cut meat (except for some occasional sushi) out of my diet.
Movie nights at someone's home might be nice (there are a ton of great documentaries on Netflix streaming that are great for vegetarians/vegans/raw foodies).
I have a recipe for a carrot/avocado bisque that is pretty darn good.
I'm not 100% "raw" yet, but my diet is probably 33% or more of raw foods.
