The health benefits. As I have learned more and have immersed myself in becoming raw I have learned that there are so many attractive benefits in being as raw as possible. The energy, physically and spiritually, is quite addictive.

I love green juice. I am trying out a lot of new recipes that I learned at the Raw Rood Institute. Currently, I am loving a collard wrap that has a cabbage, cashews, cilantro, mango, basil with a sesame oil and almond butter sauce (ginger, lemon juice, etc.).
I just finished the Raw Food Institute in June 2012. Learning about the health benefits, spiritually and physically, was a life changing experience for me. I hope to continue on the raw food journey.
