I think it makes perfect sense that you are what you eat. If you eat dead food you will get exactly that. But if you eat raw food (food that is alive) you will get life!!

I am not sure I have a favorite dish. However, one of my favorite things to make are healthy green smoothies. They are very healthy, convenient, and taste amazing!
I am a young professional living in the DC metro area. I am very much interesting in meeting people involved in health and wellness. I have read quite a bit about the raw/vegan lifestyle. I am not a vegan however I so find the raw diet very healthy.
