What attracted you to the raw/vegan lifestyle?

Had been on a cooked vegan diet for 15 years and 8 months but my liver and colon and body was still very much clogged and calcified, so I became raw to clean out my system and detoxify. However I really want a Naturopath Doctor Who could help me with the correct raw foods to eat to ensure that I am receiving adequate levels of Vitamin B-12, trace minerals, amino acids, Vitamin D in the winter, and to ensure that my system is receiving what it needs without guessing. Do any of you know a N.D. who is 100% raw? Uniqca V. Powell Realtor Long and Foster Bethesda Gateway office

What event suggestions do you have for DC RAW?

Share experiences, diet plans, etc.

What is your favorite raw/vegan dish?

Do not have one body seems to like the fresh raw juice: Carrots Beets Spinach Kale Ginger Apple (cored)

Hi, My name is Uniqca V. Powell, and I have been 100% raw foodist since October 8, 2013. My toughest battle is feeling faint and light headed. This usually happens when I am not juicing or blending enough fruits and veggies throughout the day.
