It made sense. I have degrees in nutrition/dietetics/physiology but had health issues all my life. I just knew it was the right path for me.
Any speakers on foraging, sustainability, making the raw food lifestyle more affordable.
Oh so many.....either Ani Phyo's mediteranean dolmas or Frederic Patenaude's basil coleslaw....couldn't live without green smoothies!
I am health enthusiast homeschooling Mom to 3 kids. I first learned about the raw lifestyle early 2004 and have been incorporating more raw foods into my diet ever since.
