We have had a good number of events this past year as outreach to the community and, with dedicated member volunteers, we will be stepping up the outreach in the coming months at area events like the NoVa Makerfaire, DC STEM Expo, the Introduction to Arduino workshops, World Arduino Day, Robotics Hackathons and National Robotics Week. We would like a colorful and professional logo that clearly identifies the DC Robotics Group at these outreach events.
So, here are the details: logo much translate well for web media, banners, t-shirts, stickers, and other typical outreach material. Submission deadline has been extended to March 5 at 8 p.m., and anyone may submit. Submissions will be put up for a vote by group members shortly after. For the winning submitter, we'll share with the robotics world how awesome you are and give credit wherever possible.
How to submit: send an attached .jpg, .png, or .pdf file to email@example.com no later than March 5 at 8 p.m. Multiple submissions per individual are allowed, but we reserve the right to pick the best one for the group vote. Winning submission must provide high-quality, high-resolution file (preferably vector based) for group usage.
