Building Better Teams through Improvisation

Agile puts a big focus on face to face communications and self-organizing teams that are always ready to welcome change. Similarly, improv actors are always ready to support their fellow actors and build upon their work as they develop a scene. Join us for a fun and interactive session where we will use techniques taught at improv school and apply them in our world to help us become better listeners, communicators, collaborators and team players.
No prior improv experience required!

I'm familiar with improv and this workshop gave me some ideas to use with teams at my company. It was good that we discussed WHY certain techniques and games would help teams, and in what situations.
