Software engineer with a focus in Java EE (I'm also looking for short or long-term contract work at the moment so if you know anyone who needs a great developer, please do get in touch). I live in Falls Church, VA.
I have a small software consultancy which I have been running for just under eight years in the United Kingdom. I have a few products in mind and have ran several prototypes and business experiments so, yes, I am very interested in planning and running businesses (that said I am in no rush to look for financing and, in fact, would like to avoid it altogether, if possible).
Nothing comes to mind, but in the event that you need a speaker, assuming we could agree to a subject, I'd be happy to help.
My name is Amanda and I am an organizer for Tech in Motion DC, and I wanted to invite you to our next event on September 24th from 6:30-8:30pm at Opower on "Going Green with Tech"! I hope to see you there!
Welcome to the Capital Hiking Club. The club has some good hikes coming up this Spring, and usually plenty of friendly people for sharing the trip. Our Saturday bus' first stop is in DC near the White House. Hope to see you with us soon! --Andy
Thanks for RSVPing to our Cloud Meetup! Looking forward to seeing you there!
Thomas, welcome to the group! Very glad to have you here. Would love to learn about your software. Shoot me an email.
Hope all is well. I must tell you that this group you have just joined is no longer active. There is another group, the Spanish and Portuguese Clubs that meets every week in case your goal is to improve Spanish fast.
Hope you'll have your first ever crazy outdoor event with us!! Looking forward to meeting you. Best, Ulku
Hi Thomas! I have a friend you might like to network with who'll be at our 4th of July BBQ. He's into tech things and consults on social media, web, etc. I hope you can come Sunday!! The location is really good. --Carole
Hi Thomas, welcome to the Networking in East London meetup. Totally right the more networking opportunities the better!
