The Washington DC Write to Publish Group is unlike most writers’ groups which focus on critiquing each other’s work. Instead this group is dedicated to the "business side" of writing and educate authors (and would be authors) on what they can expect as they go from finished project to available for sale.

As a part of your membership, I offer monthly Q&A calls where you can ask any questions you have about writing, publishing and promoting your book. Since 1994, I have worked with hundreds of authors (mostly non-fiction authors) on challenges like structuring their book, overcoming writer's block, clarifying themes and topics, all aspects of self-publishing, finding an agent, and promoting your book. As a member of this group you can consult with me on these Q&A calls at least once a month - though I hope to also see you in person at our live meet ups.
