Leonard is an IT Service Management (ITSM) professional experienced in the rapid development of service management solutions that are aligned with customer business and mission needs. As an ITSM Solution Architect / Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager, he is well versed in IT service solution selection and service delivery transformation necessary for deploying successful solutions. As a former IT research based consultant (Gartner and META Group) he is interested in the emergence of DevOps, and leveraging his ITSM experience for Release and Deployment Management as a process in defining new transition approaches for Agilex and their clients.
Leonard is an ITIL Expert™ certified under ITIL® V3 and a Service Managers™ under ITIL® V2 with over 26 years of IT experience assisting 80 plus different clients, leading, providing subject matter expertise, or assuming the role of mentor or coach.
