welcome Johnny. Best way to East TC by scooter... Washington Blvd, past Lee Hwy, then Fairfax Dr (turns into Lincoln St in FC) to Great Falls St. Left on 123 to access the east side of TC. For West TC, stay on GF St (turns into Lewinsville Rd), left on Spring Hill Rd. I highly recommend Genuine scooters, the guys over at Modern Classics are awesome! Check out the brand new Buddy 170 (fuel injection). It's got some serious balls for a small scooter.

Welcome Johnny. What kinds of roads do we ride on? All kinds! It depends how big a scoot you get. ~150cc and above and you can handle surface highways, 200cc+ you can handle interstates. Not sure if this is what you were asking though. Cheers.
