This the branch of Le Pain Quotidien in Union Station. They have beer and wine; you can get a light meal, but it's also ok to just have a drink. This is our home until something better opens up on H St NE.

Thanks for coming out everyone!
I'll be there by 7:15ish. So looking forward to a fun knitting evening!
I'm coming with a giant bag of scraps, free for the taking! Whatever is left is going to Scrap DC.

Hello. Just wondering (don't recall ever seeing it mentioned) about the parking situation. I don't frequent that area often (last time there was in Oct and I parked at Union station). Are there other alternatives? Thanks. :-)

I live in the neighborhood so I don't drive to Union Station. You could probably find street parking if you're willing to walk a few blocks.
I attended last week, and met some lovely knitters and crocheters--and made some solid progress on an endless garter-stitch scarf. Thank you for organizing, Jennifer!
So glad you had a good time. Look forward to meeting you soon.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
