This the branch of Le Pain Quotidien in Union Station. They have beer and wine; you can get a light meal, but it's also ok to just have a drink. This is our home until something better opens up on H St NE.

They kept the place open late for us. :)

I'm at the table. Seems i'm the first one here!
Hi guys, how often do you all meet to knit and stitch? I see there's a meetup tonight but I'm not sure I'll be able to make it, so wanted to see if there will be other ones coming up!
We meet every Wednesday, same time and location. If you check the calendar, you can see all the upcoming meetings. Every once in a while a meetup is canceled due to weather or lack of attendance.
Our gain! :)
I keep signing up and having my plans trumped by other things. Hope to see you all sometime this spring.
Silly life. :) Hope to see you soon.
I'm going to try to be there after 8 if people are still around. Jennifer, I'll text you to double check when I have a better sense of time.

Meetup has allowed me to meet people I wouldn't have met naturally - they're totally different than me.
