I need 10 people to show up by 9:30 and 10 people can show up at 11:30. This will save everyone sitting around so early. Please let me know your times so i can post or RSVP on your sign up.

UPDATE: Camping - For anyone wishing to camp Mark your RSVP and 1 person shoud book a site and everyone pitch in on the cost. If your the first to book a spot email me so I may inform others. That is if your willing to share your space.

Ever wonder what it's like to soar like a bird? Love to try new and highly addictive sports? Well now is your chance!!!

Come join the DC/VA/MD Adventure meetup group at Highland Aerosports (once again) to experience the purest form of flight -- no experience necessary!!! The flights will be tandem flights (you and a certified instructor). Since there are no hills on the eastern shore, you will be towed to an altitude of 2500 Ft. (half mile). You flight time will be approximately 12-15 minutes. Instructors will normally allow you take hold of the controls at altitude for a bit, and will provide a ride as tame (or as "wild") as you wish.

Our last hangliding meetup event was very successful and it turned out to be an absolute blast. Aerial photos are available for a fee and upon request at the airport.

If people are interested in carpooling, please mention it in your RSVP. There is also plenty of really cheap camping area available outside the hangar if you outdoorsy people want to make it an adventure "weekend".

Perhaps we can all grab lunch and a beer somewhere afterwards...?
