Welcome to DC Culinary Explorers, a Meetup group for people who enjoy dining out at the best restaurants in DC, Virginia, and Maryland.  Please join us if you enjoy socializing while eating great food and drink.

We meet at local restaurants that serve great food and drink.  These restaurants are usually on the Washingtonian's list of 100 Very Best Restaurants and/or have 4 or more stars on Yelp!. Most restaurants are in DC, but we occasionally meet in Virginia or Maryland.  We meet on average 3 to 5 times per month.

We keep the size of Meetups small, ranging from 4 to 10 people.  We usually schedule dinners on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays as well as lunches and brunches on Saturdays or Sundays.  We may schedule Meetups during the week for holidays, Restaurant Week, and other special events.  We are open to dining out anytime depending on member interest and organizer availability.

Because of the small size of the Meetups, you must RSVP to attend and abide by our no-show policy.  A “no-show” occurs when (1) members (including their guest(s)) do not show up to Meetups for which they have RSVP’d "Yes" or (2) members cancel fewer than 24 hours before a Meetup occurs.

Members who RSVP “Yes” for a Meetup may cancel anytime up to 24 hours before the Meetup occurs by updating their RSVP.  A member with two or more no-shows may be removed from the group.  For more information, please see the "Frequently Asked Questions" page.

Henry

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
