What intersection of law and technology interests you the most?

That gray area somewhere around where the computer coding ends and the legal coding begins. I like to explore how the law can help technology flourish.

What unique skill set or connections do you hope to teach the group?

I intend to listen and learn from those innovators and entrepreneurs in the group and from the lawyers who found a special niche in the tech field. I may be a good resource for explaining differences in the business and legal culture between Israeli and American entrepreneurs.

I'm a business attorney at Milhalter Law, focusing on serving small businesses and entrepreneurs. I'm interested in the intersection of law, policy, and technology.
