Amy LaVere: Singer, Songwriter, upright bass player whose music is an Americana blend of Country, Gypsy Jazz and Southern Soul. Amy has released 3 critically acclaimed albums and is about to release her 4th. In 2011, Amy LaVere was named "Best Singer in Memphis" for the second consecutive year. In the words of the legendary producer Jim Dickinson, who produced her break out record, “Anchors & Anvils” (Archer Records, 2007), “She has the whole package-the songs, the voice, the looks, and she can triple-slap the upright bass like Willie Dixon on steroids.”

Will Sexton: “Austin Royalty”, and Mindfulness Center Favorite, whose writing credits range from work with Waylon Jennings and Stephen Stills to Joe Ely and Bill Carter, is shaped by the unique diversity of the Austin music scene. Fate and his own sheer talent placed him on stage with local legends before he'd lived out his first decade. Will and his big brother, Charlie, started playing together at the Continental Club when Will was 9 and Charlie was 11. Many of the sounds of his childhood still resonate in his current work.

The Mindfulness Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3)organization which promotes health and self-healing, for individuals and the community, through charitable, educational and research programs in mind-body practices. 4963 Elm St., Suite 100, Bethesda, MD 20814
