What else would you like to tell our group about yourself?

I am a warm, friendly person. I have lived in Europe and the Far East, traveled around the globe, and I am always willing to assist others with the "correct" usage of the Italian language.

How did you learn about PIAZZA ITALIA - The Washington, DC Italian Language & Culture MeetUp group?

I started this Meetup on July 4,'09 following my experiences in organizing highly successful and extremely well attended "JOYFUL" events w/another Meetup Group and with the objective of making new friends who appreciate the Italian Language & Culture

What is your favorite Italian book/author, Italian film, Italian song/musician, Italian food, Italian city?

... too many to list. Nevertheless, "Romantic" VENICE is my favorite City on earth !!!

How long have you been interested in the Italian Language and why; at what level do you speak Italian; are there any other languages you speak or have an interest in?

I was born in the USA and grew up on the Adriatic Sea coast of Italy. Fluent in Italian, French, Spanish. I love Latin for its Western alphabet conveyance and as the "pillar" of other idioms including today's "lingua franca" English.

Hi Anthony, I just read your post on the Make a Living in the Arts Meetup, which I organize. Your post seemed to be letting people know about your non-profit, which sounds great! That said, I don't think advertising another group is the best use of this Meetup message board. I hope you understand. You are, of course, welcome to come to any of our meetings!!
