Hey Everyone, This is a great way to stay healthy and control our diabetes. You can be a walker, runner or mix it up. Let's schedule our first meet to train together on Saturday, March 27 at 9am at the Isherwood Staging Area (Quarry Lakes) of the Alameda Trail (Paseo Padre Rd/Fremont). Based on where you are located, we can vary our courses so no one has to commute too far away. Please reply so we can look for you Saturday morning, and begin walking/running together. No experience necessary.
