Yeah... it's been ages. Sue me. No agenda; just an opportunity for professional Agile coaches in the DFW area to get together and share our woes (thus... the beer). Feel free to share the good stuff to! See you there! J.

I'll be late, but David started early, so we're still in balance.

Here's a topic to discuss over BEER

The 21st century doesn’t need more leaders – nor more leadership. Only Builders can kickstart the chain reaction of a better, more authentic kind of prosperity.

The boss drives group members; the leader coaches them. The Builder learns from them.
The boss depends upon authority; the leader on good will. The Builder depends on good.
The boss inspires fear; the leader inspires enthusiasm. The Builder is inspired — by changing the world.
The boss says “I”; the leader says “we”. The Builder says “all” — people, communities, and society.
The boss assigns the task, the leader sets the pace. The Builder sees the outcome.
The boss says, “Get there on time;” the leader gets there ahead of time. The Builder makes sure “getting there” matters.
    ......

Builders put the “Constructive” in Constructive Capitalism. Constructive doesn’t just mean “to improve on yesterday.” It also means “to build for tomorrow.”

before taking on this topic of builders - one needs to see the LEGO Movie - and grok it's story message.

I've got some Sabre coaching colleagues from the other side of the big ponds in town - I invited them to crass our B.E.E.R meeting - hope that's OK :^)

Sue you? Never! I'm just glad that the group is convening for a good brew (or two, or...) and even better conversation.
