Come join us for a day of tigers, lions, and a trail on
Saturday, June 21 at In-Sync Exotics
After years of seeing mistreated, abused , and neglected felines coming through her veterinary office; Vicky Keahey established the non-profit In-Sync Exotics in 2000 . With only a little capital and a passion to seek long term care for these cats , she slowly started to build a sanctuary for these majestic creatures in Wylie, Texas. Today In-Sync Exotics has blossomed to an occupancy of over 50 residents thanks to generous donations from visitors like you .
COST: Tours of this facility are only $12 (Cash/Check/Charge) and go directly towards the upkeep of the facility & animals since the vast majority of the workers are volunteers. There are refreshments/food available on site.
OPTIONAL HIKE: For those interested , after our tour we will be taking a hike at Lake Lavon. I haven't been on this path personally, but have read high reviews from fellow hikers regarding the scenic view. Here is the map of InSync to East Fork Park.
EXTRA OPTIONAL DINNER: Since we'll probably be hungry after this, we can hit up Babe's Chicken for some great southern style chicken on the way back.
