South side Jazz Jam @ Classic Cup Cafe

Come on down to the south side for tasty coffee, delicious dinner, and some JAM! This jam will be exactly like our Sunday Jams, bring your Real books (I and II), your instrument of choice, and plan to have some fun. All levels welcome. The venue is open so people will be able to come in and hear us play, so even if you don't make music, but appreciate it come out and hang. They have food, coffee, free WiFi, and I mentioned to the owner that everyone who plays would at least buy a cup of coffee or something, or they have real food, so come early and eat before you play. They have 0, as in zero, equipment that we can use, except for chairs, so be as self contained as possible. There will be a drummer willing to share his set. Money from tips will be split with anyone who plays. Anyways, please RSVP before the day of, so I can have the proper setup, give the venue a head count, and I am extremely excited!

Orlando or Billy do you all have a kit you can bring? If not maybe I can scrounge one up.

What? Mr. "Love To Be There" is not coming??? Well... unfortunately, all I have is a first aid kit. Hmmm... that's a chin scratcher. If we bring items like tambourines, bongos, etc., and give them to the crowd to play, I think they would really enjoy it. Your comments?

Yes, well I think the audience would enjoy that... but it may turn into cacophonous percussion party.

Okay, you guys better be on your toes. I learned another chord to add to my Big Three. I am now, officially, a Big Four chordmastard.
