Xamarin + PCL

Jimmy Bogard is a technical architect with Headspring, located in Austin, TX. His responsibilities there range from overseeing technical design to increasing awareness of technologies on the horizon. Aside from Headspring, Jimmy is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer, the co-author of several ASP.Net MVC in Action books, a member of the ASP Insiders group and the C# Insiders group and received Microsoft's MVP award for ASP.Net in 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012.

In his spare time, he created Automapper, contributes to many open source projects, blogs & gives technical presentations. He recently presented at this years Dallas Day of .Net.

At this meeting, Jimmy will be talking about cross platform development using Xamarin and PCL. He'll be discussing how to target multiple frameworks, how to organize your code and how to build, test and deploy to multiple devices.
