SeedStarters.org's Self-Watering Seed Starter Workshop + 60 Seedlings for $150!

Chowgene Koay and SeedStarters.org's Self-Watering Seed Starter Construction Workshop + 60 Seedlings for $150!

Chowgene Koay will teach you and work with you and other students on the construction of a self-watering seed starter systems using halves of IBC totes. Following the class, you will walk away with a self-watering seed starter system and the knowledge to put another one together in the future if you so choose. This system will pay for itself in less than one season and will last you for years. Starting seeds on your own is vital for sustainability, and will save you hundreds of dollars every year. This is a very exciting workshop and you'll be learning with one of the best gardeners in the metroplex. It is being offered 4 times between January and February. Please choose a location that is closest to your home to save on gas and emissions. Workshops: Plano, TX, on Saturday, January 4th; Arlington, TX on Saturday, January 11th; Denton, TX, on Saturday, February 1st; and again in Arlington on Saturday, February 8th. The workshops will be held in the afternoons from 2:00 to 4:00. Dress for the weather. If you would like to attend the workshop, but do not wish to obtain a seed starter system nor seedlings, the cost is $30 per person. For more information or to register, write to [masked] or call 214.404.7301. All payments will be made in advance of the workshops. No monies will be collected on site. Sign up early, as space is very limited.

I have received no communication from anyone for the Arlington Class/Workshop. Therefore, I am considering that it will not be happening. If you are interested in the class and seedstarter, please contact me or Chow via meetup, facebook, or email to [masked] That's learn at working with nature dot org. Thank you.

Angel this was a workshop, but it is occurring 3 more times. Next Saturday in Arlington, if there's interest; the first Saturday of February in Denton; and the second Saturday of February in Arlington again.

The seedlings have taken a terrible hit and nearly all of them were destroyed in the week of sub-freezing temperatures and ice. We can do one of two things. We can have the workshop without seedlings or we can postpone the workshops until April or May. For those who paid, please contact me or comment here to let me know your preference. Having a full refund is also an option. Please let me know.

    Thank you!
