FREE Zumba Dance Fitness class!
Kim Barnes and JoAne Carter will be the instructors for this week.
There will NO TONING and NO Yoga this week.
This class is FREE to the public! Everyone and anyone is welcome. You can also bring as many friends as you like.
No experience necessary. Just bring a smile and a willing heart and let it lose! Every week there are new people, so don't feel like you will be trying to catch up on the choreography. We try to keep it simple. Even if you've never danced or participated in a Zumba class, you can do this! Please arrive 10-20 min early to sign a waiver, get checked in, and socializing.
Our classes starts with a 5-10 minute prayer circle. Anyone can offer up a prayer for someone in need, whether it's a family or friend. Then, Wren Tidwell, a licensed Zumba instructor will lead for the next 50-55 minutes, showing you Zumba routines, which include Latin and international movements, such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, hip hop, cha cha, tango, and belly dancing, to name a few. We also dance to contemporary Christian songs by Toby Mac, Mercy Me, Natalie Grant, Mandisa, Jamie Grace, Newsboys, etc.
It’s more fun exercising than you have ever had! You won’t even realize you are working out. That's the beauty of Zumba!

Why is our class FREE?
I host this class for free because I really believe in helping others achieve fitness and health. This class is a ministry for me. It's my way of giving back to the community. I really love Zumba so much that I will lead classes for no pay or compensation. It's that simple. I thank First Baptist Church of Burleson for providing their facility for this class, free of charge.
