Hey everyone! My girlfriend and I just moved to Arlington, TX from NJ about 6 months ago and we're looking to meet some people here and explore as much of Texas as possible... this looks like the place to do it!

Casual traveler.
What activities do you like to do while traveling?
Find unique places to eat and drink (especially bbq, burger, and beer places).
What are your other hobbies and interests?
Racing (go karting, watching Formula 1 and MotoGP), motorcycling, guitar, skiing, cooking.
Tell us about yourself: how old are you, single or married, have kids, occupation, years lived in Dallas, etc.?
I'm 24, moved to Arlington with my girlfriend about 6 months ago. Graduated with a degree in business in 2009 and currently looking for work in the area.
If you could add an event to this group's Calendar, what would it be?
Definitely go Karting at the Dallas Karting Complex in Caddo Mills, TX.
