Resume polishing

In the past couple of days I learned some of you might need some help on getting your resume revised and polished. I can't say I'm a full-time resume/job expert, but with my past corporate management experience, I have indeed in the past helped a few people get their very first interviews after I helped them improve their resumes.

It's a somewhat time-consuming process and requires me and you dedicate some time to get this done. Usually it takes 3-4 revisions. If you are interested, I'll be more than happy to help.

Let me just post the first session and we'll decide subsequent revision sessions later.

I plan to work with each person for 30-40 minutes. Please bring your laptop with a soft copy or a hard copy of your current resume and be prepared to work with me on your past experiences, credentials, and accomplishments. You may gather those facts beforehand prior to our meeting to save time.

To all, you are welcome to stop by and chat even if you don't have a resume to work on, the more the merrier :) but I'll be working with whoever needs resume help.

Thanks!

And I'm sorry I didn't get to work very late tonight. I'm really tired today due to lack of sleep for the past week. But Monday we'll continue and I probably can stay until 11pm. Thanks and you ALL did a great job! Stay tuned... I'm posting the Monday meetup time and location!

can you both reply and let me know which time slot you want? since i need to work with each person individually and i plan 30 minutes per person, there's no need for the second person to get there early.

Let me set up every half hour time slot and you guys respond and let me know which time slot you want:
    7pm - 7:30pm
    7:30pm - 8pm

We will then set the next schedule while we are there, since resume polishing takes a few rounds of revision. Thanks!
