Six Sigma Black Belt - Process Engineer

Obtain same week interview - First week in March!

Leadership role for certified Six Sigma Black Belt

Use of Six Sigma certified Black Belt skills to create a step change in operational and business culture

Capability analysis at asset, product and customer levels

Provision of training and mentoring for employees (operational an management) to Green and Yellow belt stage

Primary project management interface customers and staff for operational reviews, in particular New Product Introduction and Customer Advocate Program

Compilation of valuable periodical statistical analysis reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

Identification of My Contribution and Cost Of Quality operational improvements to secure and exceed budgetary requirements

Job Requirements

Practicing certified Six Sigma Black Belt, with demonstrable record of deploying:

Statistical Analysis, Gauge RR, DMAIC, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, MiniTab

Project Management Skills:

Creation and management of staff training programs appropriate to area of discipline

Confident interaction with customer organizations, with an ability to add value via Six Sigma activity to both the internal and client organizations

Experienced user of software programs necessary to communicate business information and plans: Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Project Manager.

Understanding of print or paper conversion a plus.

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (at least conversational) or variation thereof

Location: Washington, DC area; paid relocation

Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 base
